The Janashakthi Group (JXG) launched the inaugural JXG Management Trainee Programme 2025, designed to nurture exceptional talent and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

The JXG Management Trainee Programme distinguishes itself for its cross-functional exposure that spans the entire organization. Trainees are exposed to critical business areas including Insurance, Non- Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI), Investment, and JXG’s shared services units, including HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Administration, and IT over an intensive 18-month journey. This 360-degree exposure ensures trainees develop a holistic understanding of the business and equips them to solve problems from a broad, strategic perspective. It is a unique learning environment that empowers trainees to lead with both vision and practical expertise, building well-rounded leaders capable of adapting, growing, and thriving as functional experts.
