Manjula Mathews has over 30 years of experience in finance, marketing, and general management in Sri Lanka and the UK. She currently serves as Chairperson of First Capital Treasuries PLC and Deputy Chairperson of First Capital Holdings PLC.

She previously held senior roles at Janashakthi Insurance, Dunamis Capital, and its subsidiaries. Actively engaged in nonprofit work, she serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity International and is a custodian of the Alzheimer’s Association of Sri Lanka. She also lectures at Colombo Theological Seminary. Manjula holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of CIMA (UK).
