Chandana de Silva holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from the University of London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Institutes in both England & Wales and Sri Lanka. With over 35 years of managerial and financial experience, including 23 years in the UK where he served as CFO of a Nasdaq-listed company, he returned to Sri Lanka in 2002.

Since then, he has held senior leadership roles and worked extensively as a consultant, specialising in strategic planning, governance, talent management, and succession planning, particularly in family-owned businesses and institution building across diverse sectors.
