Beyond JXG

Growth begins at the edge of comfort. Our outbound training programmes push teams to think bigger, communicate better, and lead with empathy all outside the traditional office setting. Through high-energy group challenges and reflective exercises, we strengthen collaboration, adaptability, and trust.

Outbound Training

Every other Thursday, we pause the workday to reflect, learn, and recharge. Pens Down Thursday brings teams together in our JXG corporate office for curated sessions that spark inspiration, connection, and continuous learning reminding us that growth happens beyond deadlines.

Led by multidisciplinary artist Nayadara Thirimanne, Inhale Xhale is a creative wellness session designed to support mental clarity and emotional wellbeing. Through guided mindfulness and expressive art, our teams reconnect with themselves and one another - fostering balance in both life and work.
